Sapphire Lotus Massage LLC and Ivy Gate Massage Cancellation Policy 

I understand life happens and under extenuating circumstances, I will try to be very understanding. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. This will allow the possibility of another client to fill that spot. 

If cancelling less than 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time, I will require 50% payment of the total for that scheduled session. 

If cancelling less than 24 hours happens more than once, I will also require a 50% deposit to schedule next session, which will go toward that session. 

If you no call, no show, I will request a 100% payment of the total for that session and to reschedule, I will require a 50% deposit for the next visit, which will go toward the next session. 

No refund of deposit will be given if you no show or cancel the next session under 24 hours. 

Every effort will be made to be accommodating. If for any reason, I would ever need to cancel on a client or reschedule without option, client will receive 20% off scheduled session.
